Step 1
- Fill in your company details and press the JOIN NOW button.
- Make sure to fill in your company registration number correctly as it will be used for the winner selection via random Lucky Draw on 29 November 2023.
Step 2
- After registration, we will send you an email for confirmation.
- You will also receive instructions on how to redeem VIP tickets should you want to visit our booth at the UK VAPER EXPO on the 27 to 29 October 2023.
- Most importantly, you must click on the invitation to join our private NASTY TRADE BROADCAST Whatsapp Group.
- This is where we will share exclusive promotions and offers to you, as well as offer other support to serve your business better.
Step 3
- Upon registration and joining our private Whatsapp group, you will be eligible to win one of 30 (THIRTY) NASTY LIQ packages worth over £500 each of free stock in a Lucky Draw that will take place on 29 November 2023. But there’s more!
- If you are one of the 30 winners of the Lucky Draw and you also make your first trade purchase order of NASTY BAR, NASTY LIQ or NASTY POD before 28 November 2023, you will be eligible to win one of 10 (TEN) Bonus Prizes in the form of the NASTY BAR Package worth over £800 each of free stock.

1. This lucky draw contest is organised by NSTY GROUP UK [Company Registration Number 14970448] located at 71 Francis Road, Rmy Clements, Birmingham, England, B16 8SP.
2. The contest period is from 25th October 2023 to 28th November 2023. The Lucky Draw will be made on 29th November 2023 and broadcast via one of our official social media platforms. Value of prizes are based on the published retail price during the campaign period.
3. This Lucky Draw contest is open only to participants who are genuine retail trade and business operators in the UK with a valid business registration. The 30 (THIRTY) participants selected via Lucky Draw must show valid evidence of their business to be eligible to receive their prize which is a NASTY LIQ PACKAGE worth over £500.
4. From the 30 Lucky Draw winners, 10 (TEN) will be selected by random to win a Bonus Prize if they have completed a purchase order of NASTY BAR, NASTY LIQ, or NASTY POD before 28th November 2023. If none of the Lucky Draw winners have made a purchase order of NASTY BAR, NASTY LIQ, or NASTY POD before 28th November 2023, then the Bonus Prizes will be considered null and void.
5. The organiser does not accept responsibility for submissions that are inaccurate regardless of cause, including technical, equipment, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failures.
6. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
7. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
8. Unless otherwise stated, this competition is open to all retail trade operators except employees of the organiser, Master Distributors, their families, agents or any third party directly associated.
9. Entrants must be aged 18 and above.
10. Only one entry is permitted per company, based on the valid Business Registration number that is submitted during registration.
11. In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The organiser may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw or competition.
12. The organiser reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw or competition.
The Draw
13. All winners will be chosen by random draw on 29th November 2023, or any subsequent date that will be notified in advance to all participants, and performed by a representative appointed by the organiser.
14. All winners will receive notification via email within 7 days of the draw and must respond to officially acceptance of the prize, failure of which will result in forfeiture of the prize.
15. The prizes will be shipped out to the winners within 21 days of responding to the organiser’s notification via email beginning 30th November 2023.
16. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
17. The decision of the organiser regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
18. The organiser reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
19. The organiser is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the organiser’s Privacy Policy.
